天麻素注射液的稳定性研究
STUDY ON STABILITY OF GASTRODIN INJECTION
【摘要】 作者用化学动力学方法测得天麻素注射液的水解反应速度与天麻素浓度的一次方成正比,属假一级反应;测得天麻素水解反应的活化能:pH≤2.5的酸性介质中Ea=29.54±0.55kcal·mol-1,pH≥10.5的碱性介质中Ea=14.79±1.74kcal·mol-1;天麻素注射液稳定的pH值约为6.8,稳定的pH范围为5.5~7.5。
【Abstract】 The stability of gastrodin injectionhas been studied in the light of chemicalkinetic principles.As the rate of thehydrolysis reaction is directly propor-tional to the concentration of gastrodin,the hydrolysis is concluded to be apseudo-first-order reaction. The gastrodin injections of differentpH values were tested at elevated tem-peratures and the remaining gastrodinwas determined spectrophotometrically atλmax=221nm. The optimum pH values were obtainedfrom a curve of lgk vs. pH and theextrapolation of two lgk vs.pH lines,respectively.These results were in goodagreement and indicated that thegastrodin injection was found to be moststable at about pH 6.8. By kinetic calculation,the activationenergies of the hydrolysis reactions inacidic and basic mediums were evaluatedto be 29. 54±0. 55 kcal·mol-1 and 14.79±1.74 kcal·mol-1,respectively.
