【Abstract】 The stability of gastrodin injectionhas been studied in the light of chemicalkinetic principles.As the rate of thehydrolysis reaction is directly propor-tional to the concentration of gastrodin,the hydrolysis is concluded to be apseudo-first-order reaction. The gastrodin injections of differentpH values were tested at elevated tem-peratures and the remaining gastrodinwas determined spectrophotometrically atλ_max=221nm. The optimum pH values were obtainedfrom a curve of lgk vs. pH and theextrapolation of two lgk vs.pH lines,respectively.These results were in goodagreement and indicated that thegastrodin injection was found to be moststable at about pH 6.8. By kinetic calculation,the activationenergies of the hydrolysis reactions inacidic and basic mediums were evaluatedto be 29. 54±0. 55 kcal·mol^-1 and 14.79±1.74 kcal·mol^-1,respectively.更多还原
