【Abstract】 This paper presents some properties ofTdT.The effects of primers and substrateand inhibitors of TdT were studied byTdT activity assay. The curves showthat the effects of primer, substrateand enzyme concentration were in accordwith the general enzymatic reactionkinetics. TdT was strongly inhibited byATP and the inhibition was competitive.SO₄-ion was a strong anion inhibitor.Based on these preliminary studies ofTdT properties, a stable enzymeactivity assay system has been set up.Seventeen cases of leukemias were studies.The results showed that TdT activity inperipheral blood of ALL patients weresingnificantly higher than that of AMLand other leukemic patients.更多还原
