【摘要】 本文报道胆道显象剂⁹⁹mT_C-PI制备的改良方法。Sn-PI药盒在 4℃冰箱中保存有效期达 7月以上。⁹⁹mT_C-PI的标记率为95.2～98.9％。室温下放置 6小时保持稳定。本文分析了41例?常人⁹⁹mT_C-PI胆道显象的特点,并用其进行黄疸的鉴别诊断、急性胆囊炎的诊断和肠胃反流测定等共45例,均获得满意结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 A modified method of preparation of^99mTc-PI as a cholescintigraphic agent isreported. The effective period of Sn-PIkit reagent was more than 7 months at4℃. The labeling efficiencies for labeling ofPI with ^99mTc were as high as 95.2-98.9%.^99mTc-PI was stable at room temperaturefor more than 6 hours. No side-effectswere observed, whether in the rabbitsgiven 67 times the proposed human doseor in the patients studied. ^99mTc-pI cholescintigraphic studies in 41normal human subjects are also presented.Using ^99mTc-PI cholescintigraphy, we madea diagnosis of acute cholecystitis in 3cases, differential diagnosis of jaundicein 29 cases and an evaluation on 13 posto-perative patients with an excellent result.更多还原
