【Abstract】 A quantitative assay based on rocketimmunoelectrophoresis was developed forhuman serum apolipoprotein B₁₀₀ (apoB₁₀₀.LDL was isolated from plasma of normalvolunteers by ultracentrifugation flotationbetween densities 1.030 and 1.050g/ml toprepare monospecific antisera. The assaywas sensitive, specific and reproducible.The working range for the assay wasbetween 100 and 880ng of apoB₁₀₀.
