有机氟键合相高效液相色谱填料的研究 Ⅳ.四氟乙烯五聚体丙氧基键合相的制备、性能及应用

【摘要】 <正> 为了发展对极性甾族化合物及含氟化合物有较好分离的填料,我们曾利用不同的氟硅试剂制备了氟酰胺和氟烃键合相填料,最近利用四氟乙烯五聚体丙氧基三甲氧基硅烷(1)与硅胶反应,又制备了一种四氟乙烯五聚体丙氧基键合相填料(4F-OYWG).用于HPLC,发现此键合相亦具有与氟酰胺键合相填料相似的性能,也能加快分析速度,改进峰形拖尾.用其分析了二十个甾族化合物,并与硅胶柱及氟酰胺、氟烃柱进行了比较,其极性小于硅胶及氟酰胺柱,但大于氟烃柱.在分析含有不同链长烃基取代的联苯腈及带有不同取代基的苯胺时,均取得满意结果.故此填料可作为用于HPLC上的一种弱极性的填料.

【Abstract】 A fluorinated organosilicon compound (1) derived from tetrafluoroethylene pentamer was used to prepare fluoro-organic bonded stationary phase (4F-OYWG) for HPLC. By comparing with the fluoro-amide (F-NYWG) and fluoro-alkyl (F-YWG) bonded phase paokings previously prepared by us, it was shown that 4F-OYWG has the similar chromatographic performance in improving the peak symmetry and reducing tail. It was demonstrated from the retention data that 4F-OYWG behaves as a less polar bonded stationary phase than F-NYWG but more polar than F-YWG. Applications of the 4F-OYWG bonded stationary phase for separation of steroidal compounds, cyano diphenyls and anilines were demonstrated. The proposed stationary phase may be used as a weak polar bonded phase packing for HPLC.
