【Abstract】 This paper reports the synthesis of safranine O starting from o-toluidine. It includes four steps:diazotization, coupling, reduction and oxidation. The overall yield is 73%. The quality of safranine O conforms to the standards given in our National Chemical Reagent Products Catalogue with no difference between our product and imported samples.更多还原
