【摘要】 本文通过14例组织细胞增生症X的临床分析,发现本病以男性多见。儿童及青年易罹患,以下颌骨病变为多见。临床上在考虑囊肿、恶性肿瘤的病人,以及拔牙创经久不愈、牙龈溃疡而原因不明者均应考虑本病的可能,但最后诊断仍依靠病理切片。本病局限型病损应作手术,多发性以及复发性病员应考虑综合治疗(手术加放疗及化疗)。除勒—雪氏病外,预后一般良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article presents clinical analysis of 14 cases with histiocytosis Ⅹ.This disease is more common in male than femal, and easily developed in chidren and young people. It is found more often in mandible. In conosideration of dif ferent diagnosis such as cysts of bone, malig.nant tumors, extracted teeth wound which is not able to heal in a long period, and gingival ulcers of unknown cause, histiocytosis Ⅹ should be included.The ultimate diagnosis is established according, to the resalt of biopsy.The localized form of histiocytosis Ⅹresponds well to surgical treatment. A comprehensive management incl’uded the surgexy, radiologicai therapy and chemotherapy Should be afforded for the patients with multiple loci or recurrence. Except Letter-Siwe, the patient can achieve a good prognosis generally.更多还原
