【摘要】 为评价腭咽环扎术后腭咽闭合功能,本文对腭咽环扎术后的289例病人进行了信函随访,并对随机抽样复查的20例患者进行了全面的语音检查。采用了鼻咽部敷钡剂后,颅底位和咽腔侧位电视透视、拍片以及EYBH—81型腭咽闭合功能检测仪等综合性检查,并以咽后壁瓣手术及兰氏手术后的患者作为对照。据观察腭咽环扎术能使软腭充分延长,鼻咽腔全面缩小,并且软腭和鼻咽腔活动良好,有利于患者语音功能的改善。其语音效果优于兰氏手术。与咽后壁瓣手术相比,其优点是手术安全、并发症少、效果稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the palatopharyngeal closure after the palatopharyngeal ring tied operation function, the authers followed up 289. postoperative patients by letters, and as a random sampling 20 cases were reexamined.They were checked up by all-side pronounciation test, measure of the oral pressure with EYBH-81 type palato-pharyngeal closure function instruction and television fluoroscopy and x-ray photograph by the base and leteral view after nasopharynx was coated with barium.The postoperative patients for surgical transposition of posterior pharyngeal flap and Langenbeck’s operation were taken as comparative groups.According to the observation, the palatopharngealring tied operation could fully lengthen the soft palate and the nasopharyngeal action as well as the function of the patientst pronounciation.The pronouncing effect is superior to Langenbeck’s operation. Comparing with posterior pharygeal flap, its virtues are simpte and safe, with fewer complications and the effect is stable.更多还原
