【Abstract】 The authors report an easily operated method for preparation of reagentsfor automated immunochemistry system using reagents produced in our country.These preparations can be used to assay IgG,IgA,IgM,C3 complement,C4complement in human serum,C.S.F.,urine,amnionic fluid,saliva,milk andsynovial fluid.In comparison with the Beckman reagents,the reagents we prepared forautomated immunochemistry system showed no marked difference in correlat-ion,accuracy and repeatability(p>0.05).The speed of assays with the reag-ents we prepared was the same as that with Beckman’s reagents.By using these reagents,the cost of experiment is remarkably reduced.更多还原
