【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper is to investigate the anticariogenic action ofnatural sweetener—stevia sugar.Effect of stevia sugar on growth,acid produc-tion and adherence of streptococcus mutans was studied by means of incubatingbacteria in laboratory,and Compared with xylitol,sucrose,glucose,fructoseand maltose.The results showed that stevia sugar is a non-cariogenic sweetener,may bea hopeful substitute of sucrose.更多还原
