【摘要】 本文报告40例复发性口疮(ROU)患者,均用低分子猪胸腺素治疗,治疗后3～12月复查,有效率为95%。全部患者均检测血清免疫球蛋白(IgA,IgG、IgM),总补体(CH50),补体3(C3)循环免疫复合物(CIC)以及淋巴母细胞转挟率(LTT),E—玫瑰花结形成率(ERFT)。结果表明,ROU 患者的 IgA、IgG、IgM 均明显高于健康人对照组,而 LTT,ERFT 明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。但治疗后的体液免疫指标与细胞免疫指标均无明显变化,而免疫指标的变化与临床疗效也不相关。本研究的结果说明 ROU 患者的细胞免疫功能低于健康人,用胸腺素治疗有效、安全、价廉。并建议ROU 患者治疗前可免去上述几种免疫学检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported 40 cases of patient with ROU.They were treated byminor molecular weight thymosin(pig),and 3～12 months after treatment in 95%of patients were improved.The concentrations of serum IgG,IgA,IgM,CH50,C3,CIC and LTT,ERFT were measured,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in patientswere markedly higher than those of the healthy controls,while the LTT andERFT levels in patients were markedly lower than those of the controls.(P<0.01).But after the treatment,there were not significant differences of the indicesboth of celluiar immunity and humoral immunity.Also,the indices of immunitywere not correlated with the efficacy rate.All these findings suggest that cellularimmunity of patients with ROU are lower than the healthy persons,and indicatethat thymosin(pig)therapeutics are of effectiveness,safety and convenience.Inthe treatment of ROU with thymosin,the measurement for immunity function asabove mentioned in this paper could be omitted.更多还原
