【摘要】 本文评价了口疮宁膜的临床疗效。实验组病员419例,包括复发性阿弗它溃疡326例以及93例其他口腔溃疡忍者。随机选择150例口腔溃疡病员为对照组。结果表明,口疮宁膜疗效优异,总有效率为96.66%;而对照组总有效率为62%。两组间有高度显著性差异(P<0.001)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The clinical effectiveness of Orabase Kou Chuang Ning(OKCN)was evaluated.The experimental group:419 patients that composed of 326 cases of recurrent aphthous ulcers and 93 of other oral ulcerations,150 patients with oral ulcerswere selected at random as the control group.OKCN included tetracycline hydrochloride,tetracaine hydrochloride,prednis-one acetate,anisodine hydrobromide and excopient etc.As a topical medication,OKCN was applied to the experimental group.The patients of the control gro-up were treated by traditional methods or dressed placebo on the ulceroussurfaces.A satisfactory result was observed in the experimental group,its effective ratewas 96.66%,while the control group was 61.70%.Between the two groups therewas a markedly significant difference(p<0.001).This study demonstrates that OKCN is characterized by antiphlogcsis,antibi-osis,relieving pain and improving local microcirculation.OKCN is convenient,nontoxic and no side-effects.It is a new type and more valuable therapeutic m-odality for all oral ulcers.更多还原
