【摘要】 本文通过10例临床诊断为颞颌关节紊乱综合征器质损害型患者的 X-线片、关节造影、关节内窥镜和手术发现的对照观察,提出有助于临床诊断的依据,并指出在本组病例中,髁突病变较为多见,而关节盘的损害可能为继发性。本文还针对高位关节成形术(囊内髁突切除术)和关节盘摘除术的治疗效果进行了初步探讨。经工1～1.5年随访,高位关节成形术效果满意而关节盘摘除术效果欠佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 A series of 10 cases of TMJ substantial defects were studied operatively,whencompared with preoperative arthrographic and arthroscopic findings,some indic-ations which may contribute to clinical diagnosis were suggested.It was considered that the destruction of the condyle was more.often seen inthis series,perforation of the disc seemed to be a kind of secondary defect.As concerning tothe result of high eondylectomy and menisectomy,pain rele-ased and normal mouth openning regained in eight of the nine patients of highcondylectomy after 1-1.5 years observation.But the result of patients of meni-sectomy was disencouraging.更多还原
