【摘要】 我院自1961年—1979年收治卵巢恶性肿瘤219例。均经随访。所有病理切片由专人复查。分期按FIGO分期(1975年),Ⅰ期68例(31.0%)、Ⅱ期50例(22.8%),Ⅲ期89例(40.7%),Ⅳ期1例(0.5%),续发癌11例(5.0%)。治疗方法以手术为主,分全部切除、基本切除、探查三组,毎组均有加化疗组作为对照瘟平峁?各组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ各期总的5年存活率分别为86.0%、22.0%、6.1%和0%。加用化疗组3、5年存活率略有提高。对单一手术及其切除范围与合并化疗进行了讨论,由表2提示,单一手术仅适合于愈早之Ⅰ期患者。手术加化疗以烷化剂最有效。一例Ⅲ期浆液性腺癌患者,长期用药存活14年。化疗疗效与肿瘤残存的大小有关,<2cm者生存率高,本文对化疗药物选择、间隔、持续时间及联合用药等以提高疗效作了简要讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports 219 cases of malignant ovarian tumors treated in our hospital from 1961 to 1979·The microscope slides of all the cases were carefully checked up. According to FIGO staging (1975) the cases of stage Ⅰ were 68 (31.0%), stageⅡ 50 (22.8%), stage Ⅲ 89 (40.0%), stage Ⅳ 1(0.5%) and metastatic tumor ofthe overy 11 cases (5.0%). All the cases were chiefly treated with surgical opera-tion,including three groups: total resection, primary resection exploration.Each grouphad a control group treated with the combination of surgical operation and chemo-therapy, The results were as follows: the 5-year survival rates of stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳof each group were 86.0%.22.0%,6.1%and 0%respectively. The 3-year and 5-yearsurvival rates of the control groups were slightly higher than those of the groupstreated with surgical operation alone. Surgical operation and its resecting areas andthe combined therapy are discussed in this paper. It is shown in table Ⅱ that thetreatment of surgical operation alone is only suitable to the patients of early stageI. Chemotherapy With Alklating agent is most effective. Thanks to the long termchemotherapy one patient in stage Ⅲ of cystadenocarcinoma has lived for 14 years.The therapeutic effects, of course have close relation to the size of the remnanttumor. So the survival rates of the patients with tumors less than 2cm is relative-ly high. In this paper the selection of drugs for chemptherapy, the method of me-dication dosage,intermission duration and the combination of drugs given to makethem more effective are briefly discussed.更多还原
