【摘要】 本文应用单克隆抗体致敏的诊断血球作反向被动血凝检测HBsAg,用反向血凝中和抑制法检测抗体,以AUSAB EIA药盒作对照,两种方法符合率为80%,以RIA抗-HBc-Ⅱ药盒检测抗—HBc对某医大250名教职工血清进行了检测,结果HBsAg阳性率7.6%抗-HBs79.2%及抗-HBc78.4%。抽样抗体定量,最低为17.2mIU/mI,最高为638.1mlU/ml平均为296mlU/ml。提示:79.2%职工对HBV感染有免疫力。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study, mono-clonal anti-HBs coated diagnostic RBC (Wuhan Institute of Biologics)was used to detect HBsAg by RPHA inhibition test With AUSAB EIA kits (Abbott)for comparison. The reletivity rate of the two methods was 80%.Anti-HBc was detected with RIA kits (Beijing Guang Hua Immuno-reagent Institutes). The sera. of 250 workers a medical college were tested. The results were as follows:The positive rates were 7.6%for HBsAg; 79.2% for anti-HBs; and 78.4% for anti-HBc Quantitative anti-HBs of spot check was detected. The minimunm level was 17.2 mIU/ml, maximum 638.1 mIU/ml, and mean 296 mIU/ml. The results suggest that 79.2% of the workers tested at the medical college had immunity against HBV infection.更多还原
