异紫堇定对兔心乳头肌的作用
Effect of isocorydine on rabbit papillary muscle
【摘要】 在兔心乳头肌上1SOC明显抑制肾上腺素诱发自律性作用及延长有效不应期,此种作用可能与其抗心律失常作用有关。对其收缩性及兴奋性亦有一定影响。
【Abstract】 d-isocorydine (ISOC)isolated from the root of Dactylicapnos scandens possessed antispasmic and antiarrhythmogentic effects。This paper reports the effect of its direct action on the contratility, excitability and refractory period of rabbit papillary muscle。 ISOC can decrease the automaticity induced by adrenaline, and prolong the functional refractory period (FRP). This action is thought to be relevant to its antiarrhythic action。 ISOC has some influence upon contractility and excitability。
