【摘要】 报告62例104眼先天性青光眼,男性多发,双眼发病多见,占69.35%,1岁内发病占88.71%,农村发病比城市多见,有遗传倾向,有家族史占6.45%。此病仍以散发多见。临床特征为畏光、流泪、视力差、角膜大而混浊、眼球扩张、前房深、典型病人早期诊断并不困难,但易被家长忽视,需加强科普宣传和普检工作。此病年龄越大,病程越长,视力越差,眼底改变越大。早期诊断、早期手术是合理正确的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 104 eye in 62 patients with congenital glaucoma are reported. The dis ease was often found in male, and binocular involvement was common about 69.35%. Most of the patients (88.71%)were found in infants of one year of age.The incidence of the the disease in the ruralarea was higher than that in the city. Only 6.45% of the patients had family history,The disease was usually Sporadic Congenital glaucoma was characterized by photophobia, tearing decreased vision, cloudy macrocornea, dilation of the eyeball, and deep anterior chamber.
