莨菪碱类药物对食管下括约肌α型肾上腺受体的阻滞作用

【摘要】 本文研究了莨菪碱类药物对家兔食管下括约肌(LES)紧张压力的影响,家兔用乌拉坦麻醉后,制作小胃、记录食管下括约肌压力(LESP)和血压变化,切断双侧颈迷走神经,排除迷走神经对LES控制,LESP平均升高39.58±2.76%(P<0.01)n=52,而莨菪碱类药物、酚妥拉明、哌唑嗪均能抑制切断迷走神经后的LES使其LESP降低,抑制强度顺序:哌唑嗪,酚妥拉明、阿托品、山莨菪碱、东莨菪碱、樟柳碱。苯肾上腺素可引起LESP明显高,用莨菪碱类药物,酚妥拉明,哌唑嗪后,再次注射苯肾上腺素其LESP升高作用受到抑制、抑制强度顺序与前述一致,初步证明莨菪碱类药物对LESα型肾上腺素受体具有阻滞作用、

【Abstract】 Lower esophageal sphincter pressure (LESP)and blood pressure were mensured in the anesthetized rabbits. The cervical vagus were being cut, the rabbit LESP was significantly increased by 39.58±2.76% P<0.01 n=52 During the intravenous administration of atropine-like alkaloids and alpha adrenergic antagonists,such as phentolamine and prazosine, LESP was reduced by 19.0±4.97~55.7±6.3% P<0.05~0.001 n=5~10。The order inhibiting potencies of these agents on LESP was prazosine>phenotlamine>atropine>anisodamine>scopolamine>anisodine。Alpha adrenergic agonist phenylephrine increases LESP。After these agents had been administered, the effect of LESP that was increased by phenylphrine was greatly reduced by 24.4±8.78~51.0±5.28% P<0.05~0.001 n=5~10。The order of potency as antagonists of phenylephrine on lower esophageal sphincter was the same as mentioned above.The results indicate that the atropine-like alkaloids have the same alpha receptor blocking action as phentolamine and prazosine on lower esophageal sphincter, The order of potency was as follows:atropine>anisodamine>scopolamine>anisodine.
