【摘要】 径股动脉播管的选择性颈动脉造影,用于头颈部搏动性肿块和血管病变的诊断,在国内文献上已有报道,但是径股动脉插管的选择性劲外动脉造影及栓塞术,在口腔颌面部肿瘤外科的应用,迄今在国内文献中尚无报道。本文主要介绍此项技术的应用,以治疗口腔颌面部肿瘤8例,获得较满意的效果;并就其临床实用价值进行探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 It has been reported in the articles of domestic journals, that selective arteriography of carotid artery via the intubation of femoral artry was utili zed in the diagnosis of lumped mass and blood vessel disease in the region of head and a eck, but selective arteriography and embolization of external carotid artery via the intubation of femoral artery which were utilized in tum or surgery of the oral-maxillofacial region haven t been reported in our country.This article introduced mtinly the application of the technigue which was used to treat 8 cases of oral maxillofacial tumor,and its clinical value and advantage were discussed.更多还原
