【摘要】 本文采用放射免疫方法测定长沙地区310例一岁以内婴儿血清铁蛋白含量(ng/ml),结果表明,42天至2.9月组为198.5±126.8,3～5.9月组为120.9±95.6,6～12月组为46.7±60.0,随月龄增加不断下降。6～12月组婴儿男性47.7％、性女40.7％缺铁。性别之间也有差异,女性显著高于男性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The serum ferritin levels in 310 cases of normal infants under one year of age in Changsha area were determined by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the levels of serum ferritin of infants of 42 days-2.9 months, 3-5.9 months and 6-12 months were 198.5±126.8, 120.9±95.6 and 46.7±60.0 ng/ml respectively, and decreased continuously with increasing age. 47.4% of male infants and 40.7% of female infants in 6-12 months group had iron deficiency in changsha area. There was sex difference in serum ferritin levels. The female infants had higher levels than the male infants.更多还原
