【Abstract】 This article describes the precancerous and cancerous lesion induced by N, Ne-dinitrosopiperazine (DNP) in rats and the chemical prevention of the nasopharyngeal neoplasm by using Vitamin A and mononucleotide as blocking and suppressing agents.The results revealed that. 1) Some of the experimental precancerous and early cancerous lesions should be carefully recognized in order to find the early "marker" of the nasopharyngeal cancer; 2) Vitamin A could evidently suppress the anaplasia of nasopharyngeal epithelial cells toward the malignant change, and the tumor induced by DNP plus Vitamin A was better differentiated than that induced by DNP alone; 3) Mononucleotide could block the epithelial proliferation toward the anaplasia, but could not suppress the malignant transformation. It is necessary that further study of the chemica prevention of the experimental neoplasm be carried out.更多还原
