多能造血干细胞的不均一性 Ⅱ.7~15天CFU-S形成的脾集落的形态学研究

【摘要】 本文观察了致死量γ-射线照射,以及照射后再输注骨髓细胞以后,7~15天脾脏损伤及造血重造过程,特别是形成的牌集落的多态性,第7、9天以单系脾集落为主,第13、15天以混合型为主,但均属髓系细胞。第7天及9天 CFU-S 对γ-射线照射较敏感,而13天、15天CFU-S的ACP,ATPase的活性较强,似乎提示7天及9天CFU-S与13天及15天CFU-S分属不同亚群。

【Abstract】 The damage of mice spleen after lethal irradiation and its hemopoietic repopula tion, especially the polymorphism of spleen colonies was observed 7,9,13,15 days after irradiation with or without transfusion of bone marrow cells.Most of the spleen colonies formed 7 days or 9 days after transfusion consist of cells of unilineage. while most of thoes formed 13 days or 15 days after transfusion consist of cells of polylineageal though they are cells of myeloid series, day-7 or day-9 CFU-S were more sensitive to r-irradiation and day-13 or day-15 CFU-S showed higher activity of ACP and ATPase.The whole picture suggested that day-7,day-9 CFU-S and day-13 day-15 CFU-S may belone to two separate subgroups.
