【摘要】 应用中药调胃承气汤及流汁配方,作为肠道疾病检查或治疗前清洁肠道的准备,对不同年龄组的中药用量、流汁量,采用多因素正交试验设计优选。经628例临床验证,效果满意,并将此方法应用于经纤维肠镜下高频电切除结肠息肉的术前净肠准备。取消了灌肠,大大减轻了护理工作量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The optimal amount of liquid diet and the components of TWCQT decoction (Rhubarb, Mirabilitum depuratum and Radix Glycyrrhizae) were selected through orthogonal experiment in different age groups. The regimen was testified in 628 cases before colonoscopy, 578 (92.04%) showed a favorable result, in which the intestinal tract of these patients contained no fluid or fecal materials during examination. This method has the following advantages: 1. Cheap and convenient, with no side effect, 2. well tolerated in patients of different ages, 3. no need of enema, which may cause pseudoinflammatory changes in the mucous membrane of the bowel.更多还原
