【Abstract】 Three transport systems are introduced, the liquid and semisolid agar medium tubes and the sterilized dry aerobic syringe, comparing with that of the sterilized dry aerobic tube for culture of anaerobic bacteria. The positive rate of the sterilized dry aerobic tube was 6.3% liquid medium tube 31.3%, semisolid medium tube 46.9%, and the sterilized dry aerobic syringe 34.9%. The authors adopted the semisolid medium tube to collect various specimens. In an examination of 202 specimens, the positive rates of the pus, the ascitic fluid and the bile were 79%, 72% and 62% respectively. It is preferable in clinical practice.更多还原
