【Abstract】 Sixty four cases of adult viral myocarditis were analysed. The clinical data of these cases showed an etiological relationship between myocarditis and some viral infectious diseases. The frequencies of previous infection of respiratory tract, intestine and viral hepatitis were 81%, 6.2% and 17% respectively. The last one showed that viral hepatitis associated with myocardial abnormalities should be looked for. This paper indicates that the measure of SGOT, LDH, WBC count and multiple abnormal changes of ECG might be helpfal to evaluate the prognosis of viral myocarditis.更多还原
