60coγ研究谷粒在往复运动筛上的运动规律

【摘要】 运用60Coγ示踪技术测定了谷粒在谷层中的沉降速度和不同大小谷粒的移送速度,并用四因素正交旋转设计和回归分析方法建立了小谷粒沉降速度与α、γ、n、ε之间的回归方程,分析了各参数对沉降速度的影响。还分析了不同大小谷粒之间以及谷层中不同位置之间的移送速度差异和小谷粒沉降速度对谷物分离率的影响。

【Abstract】 Using80Co tracing technique,we determined the dropping speed of the grains in the grain layers,and the moving speed of the grains of different sizes. By means of the Four-Elements,Orthogonal regression design and the regression analysis,we set up the circling(regression)equation between the dropping speed of the small grains and γ r,n,ε. We analysed the influence of centain parameters on dropping speed, and the difference of moving spied between big grains and small ones,as well as that between the grains in different layers.We also analysed the in- fluence of dropping speed of small grains on the rate of seperating the gra- ins.
