【摘要】 本文报道了用氚标记放射免疫法测定大鼠血浆皮质酮含量,观察劳倦和饮食不当对大鼠肾上腺皮质功能的影响。实验测定结果表明:用劳倦和饮食不当两种因素同时作用于实验动物,则实验动物皮质酮含量显著低于对照动物。皮质酮已降低的实验动物,一组用中药四君子汤治疗,一组不给中药,给药组皮质酮含量迅速恢复正常,与不给中药组皮质酮含量相比较,统计数据有明显差异(P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using~3H-corticosterone radioimmunoassay,the level of plasma cor- ticosterone of rats was detected,and the effect of fatigue and improper di- et on adrenocostical function of the rats was observed.The results indica- ted that the corticosterone content of experimental rats,affected by fatigue and improper diet,was reduced much lower than that of control rats.One group of rats with low cortieosterone content was treated with traditional Chinese medicine"Si Jun Zi Tang",another group was untreated.The corticosterone content of the treated group returned to normal level rapid- ly.after the treatment.Statistical figure showed that the difference of the plasma corticosterone content between the treated and untreated group was significant(p<0.05).更多还原
