【摘要】 小菜蛾正常雄蛾一生最多交尾30次,平均16次。亚不育剂量3.5万伦琴辐照的雄蛾一生最多交尾14次,平均7.2次;正常雌蛾一生最多交尾8次,平均4次。故大田防治中需增加不育个体的释放量。经亚不育剂量辐照的小菜蛾亲代雄虫在整个成虫期内的精子均呈亚不育状态,其能育性的恢复表现在 F₃代,该代卵校正卵化率分别为99.3%（U♀×F₂♂）和97.9%（F₂♀×U♂）。更多还原

【Abstract】 The maximum multiple mating of the male diamondback moth （Plutella xy- lostella L.） was 30 times in its life,and the average were 16 times.The max- imum multiple mating of the male moth irradiated with a substerilizing dose （35 kR） was 14 times,and the average were 7.2 times.The maximum multiple ma- ting of the female moth was 8 times,and the average were 4 times. The rates of egg sterility in F₁ and F₂ were 57.3% and 99.1% respectivily, when the normal female diamondback moths were mated with male moths irra- diated with 35kR dose.However,the fertility was recovered in F₃ as the rate of egg sterility was 0.7%.更多还原
