【摘要】 应用钴60-γ射线杀灭饲料中的微生物,可防止病从口入,减少家畜对各种传染病的感染。本试验对灭菌剂量进行筛选,表明6kGy 可杀灭饲料中的微生物,灭菌效果好。不同剂量辐照饲料后,其营养成份(粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、无氮抽出物,钙,磷,食盐和氨基酸组成)未见显著变化。选用6kGy 辐照饲料喂饲家禽,定期检查其体重增长情况、血液指标(血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞数和白细胞分类)、脏器系数等,均未发现不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Removing the microorganisms in the feeds by ⁶⁰Co irradiation will prevent illness and reduce infections of various diseases.This test has found that 6 kGy was the best dosage to kill the microorganisms in the feeds.After the irradiation,no changes were observed in the nutrient compositions in the feeds, such as the contents of crude protein,crude fats,crude fibers,nitrogenfree extracts,calcium,phosphorus,salts and amino acids,We feed the poultry with the feeds irradiated with 6 kGy.The body weight,blood indexes （incl- uding the haemoglobin,number of red corpuscles and number of white corpus- cles etc.） and the index as viscera coefficient were examined periodicaly,No significant effect has been found in the testpoultry.更多还原
