电针刺激对黄牛中心静脉压影响的初步观察
A PRELIMINARY OBSERVATION OF INFLUENCES OF ELECTRO-ACUPUNCTURE UPON THE CENTRAL VENOUS PRESSURE (CVP)IN CATTLE
【摘要】 本文首次报道黄牛在电针刺激下中心静脉压的变化。试验过程是对黄牛的百会、肾门、腰旁等穴位施以一定强度的电针刺激,然后在电针刺激开始、刺激10分钟、30分钟、60分钟时分别测定其中心静脉压的数值,其结果低电压组相应为15.72±0.958厘米水柱、15.38±1.144厘米水柱、14.83±1.141匣米水柱、14.47±1.100厘米水柱,高电压组相应为11.66±1.698厘米水柱、10.52±1.511厘米水柱、10.00±1.365厘米水柱、9.88±1.618匣米水柱。此结果表明,当电针刺激开始,黄牛中心静脉压有加压反应,随后逐渐下降,到试验终止时,低电压组动物中心静脉压少数恢复到原来水平或略低于原来水平,多数略高于原来水水;而高电压组动物中心静脉压少数略低于原来水平,多数略高于原来水平。两组动物分别在不同强度的电针刺激下,持续刺激一小时之内,其中心静脉压均在正常范围之内。
【Abstract】 The Central Venous pressure(CVP)is a valuable index of progress. It is also more useful as a monitor durjng fluid replacement . Nevertheless, no available data relating CVP changes under acupuncture anaesthesia has yet been found in the literature.In this pilot study,the effect of electro-acupuncture on CVP in cattle was studied experimentally:Native cattle weighing 70-200 Kg were used as experimental animals dividing into two groups at random. In group A, animals were stimulated with a weak current at a frequency of 40 Hz (the stimulating strength Is identical with the standard of stimulation selected in the cllncal operations ), while in group B, a strong current with the same frequency were applied. In all trials, the same combination of acupuncture points (i. e. Shenman, Baihui and Yaopang) were adopted. Similar observations were carried out 01 animals in both groups. The CVP wis psriodieally measured aad accordingly recorded before stimulating, at the begining of stimulating,after stimulating for 10 , 30 and 60 minutes respectively.The results of the experiment were as follows , In group A. the mean values of the CVP measured were 13.63 ± 0.926, 15.72±0.958, 15.38±1.144 , 14.83±1.141, and 14.47 ± 1.100 cm. of water respectively, while in group B, they were 9.85±1.304 , 11.66±1.698, 10.52±1.511, 10.00±1.365 and 9.88±1.618 cm. of water respectively.The above-mentioned results revealed that (1) there was some temporary Increase of CVP at the onset of electro-acupuncturing in both groups and then followed by e gradual decrease of it within an hour,(2)the CVP of cattle during the electroacupunc-ture period was not significantly changed as compared with that in the preacupuncture period.
