【Abstract】 A method to immobilize glucose isomerase is to be reported.The cells of Streptomyces was entraped on gelatin in which the glucose isomerase was retained by cross—linking with glutaraldehyde.The main parameters in this procedure were studied.The gelatinformula for entrapment was formed and the best cross—linking conditions were determind after several times of experiments.By this method an achievement was developed in its potentiality for the comecialization of the production of high fructose corn syrup.更多还原
