【Abstract】 The tritium labelled rubescensine B was prepared according to the method of tritium labelled rubescensine A,but slightly improving.Experimental results show that structure of ~3H-labelled rubescensine B was not change.The specific activity of product was 8717.2MBq/mmol It is more than ~3H-labelled rubescensine A 7685MBq/mmol.R adiochemical purity of product was more than 98%.
