【摘要】 本文应用较多种单克隆和多克隆抗血清,采用 ABC 法对18例恶性淋巴瘤进行标记,其结果 OKT₉均呈阳性而 Cytokeratin 均呈阴性。B 细胞淋巴瘤有9例,B₁均呈阳性,B₂⁺5例、I₂⁺和 Leu 10⁺各7例,J₆⁺6例。T 细胞淋巴瘤有6例,T₄均呈阳性而 T_8A呈阴性,T₃⁺5例,Tac⁺5例、T₁₁⁺4例、T₆⁺2例。组织细胞性淋巴瘤有1例,何杰金氏淋巴瘤有2例,其瘤细胞和 R—S 细胞的Mol、2H₉和溶菌酶均呈阳性。根据标记结果对恶性淋巴瘤的细胞来源、常规切片诊断和预后等问题进行了初步分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 18 cases of malignant lympomas were studied by using ABC immunohisto- logical method with various monoclonal and polyclonal antisera.In all cases it was found staining with OKT9 antiseram positive,while cytokeratin nega- tive.Among B cell lymphomas 9 cases,all cases staining with B1 antiserum, 7 cases with I₂ and Leu 10,6 cases with J5 and 5 cases with B2 were posi- tive.Among T cell lymphoma 6 cases,5 cases staining with T 3 and Tac,4 cases with T11,2 cases with T6 were positive while all cases with T4 posi- tive and T8a negative or weakly positive.There are 1 cases of histiocytic lym- photon and 2 cases of Hodgkin’s lymphoma showing positive reaction with Mol, 2H9 and lysozyme antibody in their tumor cells and R-S cells respectively. Based on the results the cytogenesis,routine diagnosis and prognosis of malign- ant lymphomas were discussed.更多还原
