含(2,4—戊二酮离子)和双(苯基乙二胺)钴(Ⅲ)配合物的合成及其异构体
Isomers of the(2, 4—Pertanedionato) bis (N—phenylethy—lenediamine) Cobalt(Ⅲ)Ion
【摘要】 利用[Co(acac)2(ph—en)]+(acac=2,4—戊二酮离子,ph—en=N—苯基乙二胺)与配体ph—en在甲醇溶媒中及活性炭的存在下进行合成反应,制取了非对映体(diastereomer)的三种外消旋对,即△(SS),∧(RR)—,△(SR),∧(RS)—,和△(RR),∧(SS)—反式(N—ph,N—ph)—[Co(acac)(ph—en)2]2+。异构体在水、甲醇、乙醇等溶媒中,发生差向异构化反应而得到上述三种异构体的平衡混合物。为了防止异构化反应,溶液的酸性必须保持在PH<1.5。三种异构体的结构是基于1H核磁共振光谱和吸收光谱而确定的。异构体在平衡时的分布是利用柱状色谱技术进行测定的。三种异构体(红色(R):棕色(B):绿色(G)的摩尔比为5:78:17。
【Abstract】 By reation of[Co(acac),(ph—en)]+(acac=2,4—pentanedionate ion, ph—en=N—phenylethylenediamine) with ph—en in methanol in the presence of active charcoal, the complex[Co(acac)(ph—en)2]2+ was prepared. Three racemic pairs of diastereomere of the complex△(SS)∧(RR)—, △(SR), ∧(RS)—, and △(RR), ∧(SS)—trans—[Co(acac)(ph—en)2]2+ by column Chromatography on SP—Sephadex C—25 was separated. The complex was found to isomerize in water, methanol, and ethanol to give an equilibrium mixture of three isomers. In order to avoid the isomerization, the aqueous solutions were kept acidic(pH<1.5). The structure of three isomers obtained in this study were assigned on the basis of the ’HNMR and absorption spectra. The distribution of isomers at 20℃ were analyzed by column chromatographic technique, the molar ratio being isomer R: isomer B: isomer G=5:78:17.
