【摘要】 为了研制重37吨、壁厚300mm的大型球墨铸铁端盖,在模数与端盖相近的条件下,设计、浇注了一个尺寸为200×1600×400mm,重12吨,模数为13.7的大型铁模拟试块,研究了厚大断面球铁件的凝固特性,铸型材料的激冷性能,球化衰退以及铁水成分、球化剂、孕育剂的抗衰退性能等,为研制37吨球墨铸铁端盖的铸造设计提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 A Simulative ductile iron test block was designed and poured in order to produce a large end cover weighing 37t with 300mm wide sections.Its modul was 13.7 done to that of the end cover and its weight was 12t with the three dimensions of 2000×1600×400mm~3. We researched the Characteristics of the heavy Section ductile iron solidification, the Chilling properties of mould materials, the fading of spheroidization, and the antifading prperties of spheroidizers and inoculants, which laid the foundation for the heavy section ductile iron cover manufacture.更多还原
