【Abstract】 The synthesis of sesquiterpenes—β-selinene (8), neointermedeol (9), and 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8-hexahydro-5, 8-dimethyl-3-isopropenyl naphthalene (11)—is described. These three compounds were endowed with antifertility effect to a certain extent indicated by preliminary pharmacological test.The compound (11) has not been reported in the literature, its chemical structure was identified by the spectra data.更多还原
