聚邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯的合成及其玻璃纤维增强塑料

【摘要】 本文研究了一种可以直接将邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯聚合成可用作低压接触成型法制造玻璃纤维增强塑料用的粘合剂。研究了引发剂用量,聚合温度和时间,γ-聚合物的转化率和树脂(粘合剂)的凝胶化。确定了适宜的粘合剂合成条件。给出了邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯玻璃纤维增强塑料的制备方法及其性能。

【Abstract】 A method of making the glass reinforced plastics by the use of the direct polymerized diallylphthalate as a low pressure catalytic adhesive for the hand lay-up contact moulding process is given.The quantity of initiator, the temperature and time of polymerization, the transitional ratio of γ-polymer, and the gelation of the resin (i. e. the adhesive) are investigated. Thus the suitable condition for synthesizing processing was ascertained.The method of preparing glass reinforced plastic of diallylphthalate and its properties are also given.
