采用多级生物系统工程处理多行业混合污水的研究
A MULTISTAGE BIO-SYSTEM FOR MIXED INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT
【摘要】 本文所述多级生物系统的构型和工艺流程是模拟天然排污渠道,用卵石网笼分为多级,用尼龙绳索为填料,生物转盘充氧,使藻类、细菌和原生动物紧密生长在填料和转盘上,构成一个多级的生物系统,用于处理沈阳市西部污水,使其达到国家污水排放标准。该工艺结构简单,可节省基建投资,是目前较经济有效的区域性污水处理新工艺。
【Abstract】 A pilot-scale multistage bio-system treatment facility consisted of oval stones in wire net, bio-ropes and bio-rotating-dishes was built for mixed industrial wastewater treatment. The removal rates were 97.4% for SS, 78.6% for COD, 95.2% for BOD, 98.6% for oil and 63.2% for phenol. Dissolved oxygen in outflow was 2.4-8.9mg/L comparing to 0 mg/L in inflow.
