99m锝-特丁基异腈的标记及其在动物体内分布
Labelling of Tc-99m-hexakis (t-butylisonitrile) (TBI) and its distribution in animals
【摘要】 本文报道使用均相配体交换法标记99m锝-特丁基异腈(99mTc-TBI)的方法和步骤。该法标记方便,产额和放射化学纯度均大于90%,便于临床推广和使用。99mTc-TBI在大鼠血中清除较快,T1/2α为3.7min,T1/2β为63min,给药后1和2h的心/血比分别为62.2和48.7,心/肺比为3.7和4.0,心/肝比为0.85和0.81,给药后1、2和4h时每克小鼠心肌的百分吸收值分别为11.1±2.6%13.1±2.1%和12.8±1.5%。可见,99mTc-TBI是一种新型的、有希望的心肌显象剂。
【Abstract】 This paper reports the labelling method and procedure of Tc-99m-TBI preparation by homogeneous ligand exchanging, This labelled method is easy, with the labelling, rate and radiochemistry purity over 90%. It is convenient to use and popularize in clinic. The clearance of Tc-99m-TBI from the blood in rats was quick, T1/2α was 3.7 min, T1/2β was 63 min. Heart/blood ratio was 62.2 and 48.7 in mice at 1 and 2h after giving drug, while heart/liver ratio was 0.85 and 0.81, and heart/lung ratio was 3.7 and 4.0. And dose %/g organ was 11.1±2.6$>, 13.1±2.1% and 12.8±1.5% in myocardium of mice at 1, 2, 4h after injection. The Tc-99m-TBI was. a new promising myocardial imaging agent.
