【Abstract】 This paper describes labelled-iodine radioimmunoassay for the cyclic AMP. Preparations of antigen, antibody, radioligand were described. A simple high sensitive method for the assay of cyclic AMP was presented. The separation of bound from free labelled compound was performed by the second antibody method.The cross-reactivity of this cyclic AMP antiserum with cyclic GMP, ATP and GTP were 0.01%, <<3.l×10-5% and 3.8×10-5% respectively.The assay is sensitive to 1.5 mol cyclic AMP pertube. Recovery of the method is 99.1±9.0% and variety coefficient in batch is 2.7%.Cyclic AMP content in the plasm of normal man is 23.1 ±7.7 pmol/ml,更多还原
