【Abstract】 The preliminary clinical uses of 131I-mIBG in 13 cases of adrenal medulla imaging and 6 cases of myocardial infarction imaging were reported. Normal myocardial imaging or no imaging was obtained in the former cases, while radioactive defect was found in infarcted site. It is thus suggested that 131I-mIBG myocardial imaging would be helpful for the diagnosis of myocadial infarction. Besides, it may be also used in diagnosis of pheochromcytoma and the investigation of catechclamine metabolism in myocardium.更多还原
