【Abstract】 Experimental result of a rapid labelling method, namely, the hydrothermal melting method is described. Our results indicate clearly that the hydrothermal melting method, which is simple, easy and rapid, obviously excels the heat refluxed method. The best reaction temperature is 180℃; reaction time, 60 min.; reaction solution volume, 20μl; and labelling efficiency, above 95%. The mechanism of isotopic exchange reaction is also studied.更多还原
