99mTc-葡庚酸钠的研制和动物实验
Studies and preparation of 99mTc-glucoheptonate natrium andanimal experiment
【摘要】 <正> 葡庚酸钠合成是将等克分子的氰化钠和注射用葡萄糖加水适量,电动搅拌和逐步升温,反应结束,活性炭脱色,甲醇水溶液提取,反复纯化,即得白色葡庚酸钠结晶,产率>50％,产品的红外谱特征峰值与理论值相符,元素分析结果与计算值相同。 称葡庚酸钠适量,配成2％的水溶液,加入适量SnCl2·2H2O溶液,无菌过滤,分装,制
