含二甲基乙酰胺废气的回收与治理
TREATMENT AND RECOVERY OF N,N-DIMETHYLACETAMIDE FROM WASTE GAS
【摘要】 本文探讨了对二甲基乙酰胺废气的回收和治理。使用了二级冷凝-水吸收的联合处理工艺,冷凝回收率可大于90%,吸收后二甲基乙酰胺的总去除率大于99%。变化进气浓度(10000—30000mg/m~3),总去除率仍大于90%。 测定了进气浓度变化较大时空速对去除率的影响,去除率波动范围小于5%。 吸收塔喷淋水的循环使用次数对总去除率影响较大,循环使用次数的增加会导致总去除率的急剧下降。为保证治理效果,循环水必须使用新鲜水或一次循环水。
【Abstract】 Treatment and recovery of N,N-dimethyIacetamide from waste gas were performed by condensation process,together with absorption by spraying water. It was show that the recovery by condensation was >90%, and total recovery was about 99%. As the concentration of N,N-dimethylacetamide in the waste gas varied from 10000mg/m3 to 30000mg/m3, the total recovery was still greater than 90%. Number of recycling water for absorption affected the recovery and fresh water was preferred.
