等离子氯化法钛白反应过程数学模型的建立
Mathematical Modelling on the Oxidation Process of Titanium Tetrachloride with Plasma-Heated Oxygen
【摘要】 根据 TiCl4与 O2进行化学反应的历程分析,全部反应过程分解为:1.湍流混合2.氧化反应3.晶粒生长4.颗粒骤冷5.过程控制本文对上述五个方面的物理化学现象,分别建立了数学模型,为深入了解反应过程的规律,提供科学依据。
【Abstract】 Based upon the process analysis of the oxidation of titanium tetrachloride with plasma-heated oxygen,we present this paper to split the whole pro- cess into five parts: 1.Turbulent mixing 2.Oxidizing reaction 3.Crystal growth 4.Sudden cooling of grains 5.Process control In order to introduce the scientific foundation by which we may acquire a deep understanding of reactive regularity,mathematical models of the abo- ve five parts are established individually.
