混合技术对PMMA骨水泥性能的影响——1、临床实践(英文)

【摘要】 本文测定了六家医院制取的PMMA骨水泥(Refobacin-Palacos R,Sulfix 6AKZ,CMW 1,CMW 2)试样的密度、硬度、弯曲和抗压强度以及分子量和显微分析。实验结果表明,各医院和不同医院之间骨水泥的性能有明显的差别。从得到的实验数据初步分析了引起性能波动的原因。从性能的研究中,找到了骨水泥的密度与它的力学性能的线性关系。本文的结果为改进骨水泥的混合条件和提高它的力学性能提供了科学的依据,
【Abstract】 PMMA bone cements (Refobacin-Palacos R, Sulfix 6, AKZ, CMW 1, CMW 2) from six different clinics were investigated in three stagey Firstly, density, hardness, flexural strength and compressive strength, as well as molecular weight measurememts and microscopic investigations reflected the current state of application techniques used in operating theaters. This evidenced wide, variations in properties. We analysed the cause of variation of property from .the experimental datum. It was found that density is linear wi’th its mechanical property. We provided-scientific basis, -in order to improve mixing technique and mechanical property of bone cement.
