LY12合金在形变过程中蜷线位错的变化及其对拉伸性能的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了LY12合金中蜷线位错的形成条件及其对析出相和拉伸性能的影响,研究了在形变过程中蜷线位错的变化。结果表明,LY12合金在T3和T6状态存在蜷线位错,形变后蜷线位错消失。本文探讨了形变消除蜷线位错的原因。试验发现,蜷线位错有利于θ′相优先析出,因而造成θ′相分布不均匀,使强韧性下降

【Abstract】 The formation conditions of helical dislocation in LY12 alloy and the effects on its precipitates and tensileproperty have been investigated.The variation of helical dislocation during the deformation process of the alloy has also been investigated.The results showed that helical dislocations exist in LY12 alloy under the condition of T3 and T6,but disappear after deformation.The reasons of their disappearance have been discussed. It was also observed that the helical dislocations are favourable for the preferential precipitation of θ’-phase,and this gives rise to the nonuniform distribution of θ’-phase and the reduction of strength and toughness of the alloy.
