固态压力传感器静态特性参数微型计算机自动测试系统

【摘要】 本文介绍我们为宝鸡传感器研究所研制的我国第一套《固态压力传感器静态特性参数微型计算机自动测试系统》。该系统可同时对十六支(可扩展)传感器进行自动标定。当传感器满量程输出为100mV时,能标定的最高精度为0.01%。系统具有屏幕显示、键控数据采集、误操作提示与修正、标度变换、零点迁移、参数计算及表格打印等功能。该系统原则上适用所有线性电信号输出传感器的自动标定工作。

【Abstract】 The microcomputer automatic checking system for the static characteristic partmeters of solid state pressuie transdcuer first doveloped at home for Baoji Transducer Institute by us is introduced in this paper. This system can automatically calibrate sixteen transducers at the same time. When the full range output of transducer is 100my, the highest calibrated accuracy may be reached 0.01%. This system possesses a lot of functions such as screen display, collecting datum controlled by dial, noting and modification of erroroperation, scale transform, null point shift, parameter calculation, and table printing and so on. In general this system is available for automatic calibration of all transducers which possess linear electric signal output.
