水—碳钢热虹吸管的相容性及热管性能的初探

【摘要】 本文讨论了水—碳钢热管的相容性问题。分析了金属腐蚀的基本原理并据此提出了解决水—碳钢相容性的措施:管壳钝化处理,缓蚀浸泡、工质中添加缓蚀剂以及沸腾排气法等。测定了实验热管的性能,包括起动温度、起动时间、温差水平以及传热性能等,取得了理想的结果。在寿命实验中持续运行了5000小时以上,未发现任何明显变化。

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the problem of compatibility of water-carbon steel heat pipe and analyses the fundamental principles of metal corrosion. In order to solve the compatibility between water and carbon steel, the authors present some measures such as passivation of container wall, immersion of anti-corrosion, adding Corrosion remover in working fluid and boiling off technique and determine the performances of experimental heat pipe involving the starting temperature and time, temperature differential level and heat transfer performances. Results in life test for heat pipe under operation run more than 5000 hours are excellent.
