含微量钛的15MnV钢的控轧工艺对组织性能的影响
Effect of Controlled Rolling Processing on Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of 15MnV Steel with Microadding of Ti
【摘要】 本文研究了钢样加热温度,形变温度,形变量以及轧后加快冷却等工艺参数对微量钛处理的15MnV钢的组织和机械性能的影响,讨论了控轧后空冷条件下这种钢中微量钛对机械性能的作用及其强韧化机制。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the effect of the rolling process parameters which include the reheating temperature, deformation temperature, reduction and accelerated cooling after hot rolling of specimens on the microstruetures and mechanical properties of 15MnV steel with a microadding of titanium has been studied. The effect of a microadding of titanium on the mechanical properties and the mechanism of strengthening and toughening in such steel under the condition of air-cooliag after controlled rolling has been also discussed.
